Introduction

I was born and raised in India, where a curiosity for numbers and a drive for impact shaped my early years. That foundation led me to a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amity University and now to the University of California, Riverside, where I'm pursuing an MBA.

With over two years in financial services—working with giants like Bank of America and National Australia Bank. Now, as an MBA student at UCR, I am refining my expertise in financial strategy and data analysis, preparing for the next step in my career.

I believe finance is more than just numbers—it is about creating impact, improving processes, and driving growth. I am excited about new opportunities that allow me to put my skills to work and continue learning.

CORE VALUES

Excellence

To me, excellence is about delivering results that stand out. It's setting high standards—like achieving a 25% reduction in procurement cycle time—and surpassing them through skill and determination. My journey, from analyzing vendor pricing to teaching 100+ students, reflects my commitment to growth. This matters because excellence opens pathways to innovation and trust.

Collaboration

For me, this is about building success together. Whether working with procurement teams, senior executives, or external stakeholders, I believe in fostering open communication and shared goals to create sustainable financial strategies that benefit the entire organization.

Impact

To me, this is the heart of why I work in finance. It's the drive to create lasting value, not just for organizations but for communities too. Through my experiences—such as driving $500K in procurement savings and supporting U.S. small business loans—I've seen how financial strategies can empower growth. Moving forward, I aim to integrate cost optimization with equitable resource allocation, breaking down barriers to financial access while delivering measurable impact for organizations and communities alike.

Future Goals

As a finance professional, I excel at extracting insights from data to drive smarter business decisions. For the next phase of my career, I am focusing on strengthening my expertise in financial modeling, cost optimization, and procurement analytics. I aim to contribute to organizations by refining financial strategies that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

My goal is to lead cross-functional teams in high-impact roles, delivering cost-effective solutions and sustainable financial frameworks for global businesses. In parallel, I am committed to continuous learning—exploring emerging financial technologies and innovative budgeting techniques to stay ahead in a dynamic industry.
